strawberry atcIt’s release week at Flourishes and that means starting today and going through Friday the Flourishes design team will be providing sneak peeks for the three new sets for July.

Here is my little peek – I made an ATC for a swap using the strawberry image from the latest set created by Marcella Hawley, called Strawberries!!

Who doesn’t like this sweet summer fruit?  It is pure summer with the bold colors and thoughts of strawberry ice cream, shortcake, margaritas….!!

poppy

       evergreen

I colored using the Copic Collections of Poppy and Evergreen with a little yellow from Daffodil on Flourishes Classic White cardstock.  The image was stamped using Palette Ink – Burnt Umber.     Here is a video of how I did the coloring…

Want to win this set?  Just go to the Flourishes Newsletter and post a comment!  You’ll also find links to the Flourishes Design Teams sneak peeks!

AND – check the Flourishes Forum on SCS Friday night at 9:00 Central Time where we’ll have our summer release party!  There will be games and prizes and we’ll reveal all three new sets!  Come join in on the fun!

Supplies:  Paper:  Flourishes Classic White Cardstock, red, chocolate; Ink:  Palette Ink – Burnt Umber, Copic Markers Collections:  Poppy, Evergreen, Daffodil; Embellishments:  Finishing Touches Beautiful Brads, Red Rhinestones, Stardust Gel pen

Hi Nancy, you are my last visit to the team today to see these beautiful sea theme cards. Yours is gorgeous – I love the simplicity and it does make me think of sand and water. Beautiful!
