Limited supplies – and a free digi “stamp”

Todays limited supplies challenge at SCS said to make a card for someone you love, limit it to reds or pinks, black and white and to incorporate polka dots somewhere in your creation.
Here is my card – this clean and simple card came together quickly – although I am embarrased to say there is no stamping. The LOVE sentiment is something I created digitally!!!! It was so easy to do – not much more than typing the text and moving the letters together.
If you want this digital image I’ve uploaded the file on SCS on this post {here}. The image show here is a 1″ square and in red, but you can easily resize and change the color if you have photoshop elements.
I printed out LOVE on white carstock, and mounted it on red, then white. A nestability square die was used to cut out a frame from white cardstock which was then embossed using a cuttlebug swiss dots folder The mounted LOVE image was then popped up in the center of the frame. Red polka dot and black polka dot ribbon were used for embellishments and two corners of the white panel were rounded.
I resisted the tempation to add more bling as this is supposed to be a limited supplies challenge!!
I hope you like what I’ve created!! Thanks for stopping by!

Reminds me of the stamp the Post Office used years ago. I tried to download it and it came out as a PSD file and couldn’t be read by Paint. Help ?
